The Challenge

ISLA needed a Dhul Hijjah campaign that could launch quickly, speak to Islamic school urgency, and work across email, social, board outreach, and peer-to-peer fundraising. The team had strategy pressure, a short religious giving window, and a CRM transition happening at the same time.

The campaign also had to work inside Bloomerang and Bloomerang Fundraising without creating extra operational drag. Donation pages, emails, personal fundraising pages, and board outreach all needed to feel like one coordinated campaign.

We built the campaign infrastructure, the public-facing creative, and the handoff workflow so ISLA could move fast during a short giving window while keeping the team organized.

Campaign Results and Attribution

The post-campaign dashboard gave ISLA a client-ready view of daily gifts, pledge context, email performance, creative outputs, and CRM attribution cleanup. After final review, the remaining Ayman Elezabi and Uzma Syeda transactions were tagged to the Dhul Hijjah campaign, along with a new May 30 Qgiv gift found in the latest refresh.

The Campaign System

The front end looked like a polished giving campaign. Underneath it was a production hub, an email build pipeline, Bloomerang Fundraising setup, and an organized handoff system.

Bloomerang Email Sequence

Each email was built for the actual editor, not as a flat screenshot. We used native Beefree/Bloomerang modules wherever possible so ISLA could edit copy, buttons, and sections later.

Social and Creative Assets

The campaign used a disciplined navy, gold, and light-blue system across Instagram carousels, WhatsApp graphics, donation page art, and campaign hub assets.

Peer-to-Peer Activation

Board members and supporters needed a clear path to register a personal fundraising page, set a $1,000 goal, and share a message that sounded like them. We created a separate public setup page with steps, headshots, and custom outreach copy.

$1,000

Suggested goal for each personal fundraising page.

The setup page gave board members a simple path: choose their profile, register, then copy a warm personal fundraising message.
